Cancellation and Modification after an order is made would be NOT guaranteed.

There would be no returns, exchanges or refund unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) ( including when you use the coupon to buy)

We could refund or cancel if they are broken or damaged.

If your order contains multiple items, we could ONLY refund for the defective part, not the whole order.

Shipping fee would NOT be refundable once the item has shipped.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) would NOT be eligible for return and refund.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we would send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We would also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it would be processed, and a credit would automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.
